get rid of all my clutter (read all 30 entries…)
major breaktrough 1 day ago

at my SO’s place – we emptied everything except 2 small rooms (we put everything in) and his relatives helped clean the place. my SO moved to my place. so now we have only 1 place to organise. and attic someday.

yesterday he brought majority of his stuff (el.appliances).
day before yesterday we browsed trough a tower of boxes with old books and decided what to keep. need to get out the rest. old paper would be the easiest solution. maybe the easiest is the best for now.

i organised my clothes (brought up the best), released some of my summer clothes (i could let go more, i know, i know.) i also organised my shoes and scarves. even ironed scarves! i plan to dress up (and that is great news), but in the morning i don’t feel like it… at least, it is all there in prime space, sorted. all sport clothes i removed to hall cupboard. and reorganised hall cupboard. yeah. :-D

now we plan to put the newest furniture to our living room and move the oldest one to his place. we want to surround ourselves with the best things possible.
too much stuff; i don’t have a clue how to do it all, i admit… but one step at a time will do it.

got older less than 2 months last 8 months LOL :-)
this made my day! how this happened? i changed my hart rate to “i don’t know” (so maybe it is false improvement) and from 1 to 2 of us in our household; and MS for education; and actualy lowered numbers spend excercising.

i need to:
  1. measure my HR
  2. floss
  3. fish oil
  4. increase frends&family time
  5. more fruits, veggies, nuts
  6. more excercise
    everything that i like!!! :-)

so. 2 days ago

so i went to gym and pool 2 sundays that is a small victory in itself, and skipped the third (it was closed). plan to add another day, wensday.
can’t complain since i’m abt 27% BF in spite of all. several more and that’s it!
