Ever since I started to get back into exercising I’ve been losing a little weight. Five more pounds and I’ll weigh what I used to weigh for about a third of my life, and then it will be a challenge.

I got up at 8AM for the third day in a row. If I can do this one more time I will work my way to getting up at 6AM (or maybe 5AM) every day.
I wrote for one whole hour today. That’s more than I have been writing these last few months.
Within a couple days or so I can hopefully have enough to put the start of this very ambitious story/project online and start sharing once more with the world at large.
