Today was 112.4. I think that is due to the past 2 days of not having an appetite. However, it can back in full force today. But yeah, eating light helps.
Thursday was: homemade breakfast burrito, fresh juice
Friday: latte + bagel, panera bread (broccoli cheddar soup + panini)
I went from 114 to 112. I think it was because my tummy was so empty. Going through relationship things so yeah, not the happiest times over here. :(

Today’s weight was 114.4. Feeling so much better and I seriously think not eating out as frequently helps!
I’m still eating all of the foods I want to and last night I made Chunky Corn Chowder, it was so good! And I’ve been making grilled sandwiches on wheat. I haven’t been 114 (I think) since before joining my gym back in July. I can still tell my body is not as toned up as it was back in March though when I was doing the 30 Day Shred and eating lightly. But I feel great being under 115 again…now to get to 113 again. I’m telling you I totally took weighing 112-113 for granted! And also I’d like to slim back down because I’m going to have to start wearing jeans again!

Weight today was 115.6! YAY!
Yesterday I ate randomly and actually pretty poorly—dinner at least with yucky outta the box mac n cheese. Don’t know how I liked it as a kid. Anyway I’m going to a Bible study group now where we talk about our food and health and I learned so much last night. Hoping I can go next week too. I feel so much more optimistic lately and am going to yoga tonight. :)
