Weight today was 115.6! YAY!
Yesterday I ate randomly and actually pretty poorly—dinner at least with yucky outta the box mac n cheese. Don’t know how I liked it as a kid. Anyway I’m going to a Bible study group now where we talk about our food and health and I learned so much last night. Hoping I can go next week too. I feel so much more optimistic lately and am going to yoga tonight. :)

Weight today was 117.6 but I am actually going to focus on it and see where I can be by next week. I can’t believe now that at 112 I was taking it for granted.
I’d like to aim for 114 as my first goal.

Wow so it’s been a solid 2 months since writing in this goal. Today I weighed 115.8 on my BF’s scale. So I’ve gained 3.6 lbs I suppose. I probably have as I haven’t seen 112 in quite some time. I’m just going to keep loving and accepting my body for what it CAN do though. And tell it to release those last pounds asap—haha.
Food:
-juice with 1 green apple, celery, cucumber, lime, and parsley
-1 cup tomato bisque w/ 2 raisin cinnamon english muffins and mozzarella (kinda like a grilled cheese, yum)
-bowl of grapes
Tonight I will make a salad since I just bought groceries and maybe a nectarine for dessert.
UPDATE: 9/15/09, weight: 115 evennn!
yesterday i ate:
-small bowl of cereal
-5 cups of water, 3 cups light cranberry juice, 2 cups water later that night
-grapes
-minestrone soup
-2 slices of 9 grain petite loaf bread
-strawberries
-leftover chex cereal as a snack on my way to the gym
-tomato soup at home with mini saltine crackers
sounds like a lot but it was actually a lot lighter than normal…it showed too on the scales today because i was 115 and yesterday i was 117.6. quite a difference…going to semi-repeat it today and see how it goes.

yay I’ve been maintaining for awhile now. let’s see if i can hit below 115 now…

-life cereal
-1/4 cupcake
-coucous
-lunch was split: nachos and cobb salad
-2 cupcakes at work (co-worker’s b-day)
-dinner: broccoli/corn soup, few baguette pieces
-activia yogurt
-red apple
yesterday’s food was a lot heavier than it has been but didn’t feel deprived and quite full all day.
