How I did it: In the process of moving into a new apartment, I took the opportunity to guard against the little dust mite critters from the get go.Bought a new bed, covered the thing in one of these dust mite covers(they aren't crinkly plastic anymore!!)Did the same for the pillows,got rid of the blinds, put up washable curtains....etcI've been living in the new space for several months now, and can count the number of allergy attacks on one hand!
