How I did it: I had successfully quit smoking for a year and a half. Then, I started going out to meet people in the city I moved to. I found that among certain people, I could not resist the urge to smoke, especially because I felt like smoking bonded me to those people more. I have the top, the sides, and two of the drawers finished. I’m just debating what to put in the extra space, if anything. Need to do more research on symbols/glyphs. In the picture, the half circle with the eyes on it on the top means starry night. on the left is yum cimil, the god of death, and on the right is the tree of life (a caiman with a tree growing out of its tail).
So far, I’ve seen The Taming of the Shrew at the Shakespeare Theatre in DC. I loved it!! After that show, I realized why so many people love to see Shakespeare performed… I understand the the comedy in Shakespeare’s words infinitely better after seeing it performed.
