I have noticed that I spend too much time on the internet when I’m feeling upset or don’t want to deal with a certain issue or situation. Or when I am trying to avoid really looking at myself and figuring out what is wrong Maybe setting limits on email checking and how long I’m on the computer would be good.

I am finally giving my body a rest. I’m not going to the gym right now. I’m eating a little less, but am opting to walk or jog for exercise. Taking everything slower now, which is nice.

What it took for me was having a near break down from stress and discontentment. In the pain, staying in the present was what got me through and focusing on small things, keeping everything smaller. I’m feeling better now, but have learned to better stay in the present and it is very peaceful, and a place where you have more time to be inspired, feel creative, and just appreciate what is around you.
