How I did it
How I did it: The key was having a workout partner. Without my workout buddy I would definitely be slacking. She makes sure to call me, and I make sure to call her in order to stick to our plan. We also set up our workouts a few days in advance so that we know what we're doing. Having a plan is easier to stick to then just winging it each day. Read how I did it…
