Recently at the gym I’ve been trying to exercise while thinking “I’ve got to do this because I can’t be fat anymore!” and I just run out of energy so fast and can barely manage to stay in the gym for 15 mins!

At first it was just once a week but then I started having them twice a week and then managed to pass! At first I was really really nervous, I would physically sh… Read how I did it…

Although I’m sick of taking it, I’m apprehensive about coming off it. I don’t want to come off it just for my acne to return, that would be such a waste. At the same time the eye and itchy skin problems are becoming too much. I’m so stressed about it all =(
Recently I made a tomato and chickpea curry. Cheap, easy, tasty and filling!
Tonight I am going to make thai salmon burgers with wedges and vegetables. Quite excited!
