I have been learning French since yr 6 and i am now in yr 11. I went to France and Europe in 2004 and again to france in 2005-2006. We stayed for 2 months on exchange and my language skills improved unbelievably. i never thought i could hold a proper conversation in French for longer than 2 minutes but now i speak to my ‘french family’ all the time for hours and hours. Now I have friends in France for the rest of my life. Don’t give up French isn’t that hard and it is well worth the effort eventually.
