Well when I left Luton to come back to Cambridge in March 2004 I was on 90ml of meth every day within 2 months I reduced it to 45ml then I gave birth to my daughter and stayed at that dose again about a year after I started reducing again and got all the way down to 8ml but I felt so ill I had to go out and score heroin to make myself feel better and then went and got my script put up again I have been stable on 30 ml for a few years now and I am taking a break from reducing for a while.
