Take me as I am. I like the song and I like mary j blige. I decided to reopen this goal because not only do i want to be honest, be real with myself for life but along the way i hope i will find myself and my place. Thus “unleash my full potential”.

As of today, I currently run 3 miles in 30 minutes no sweat. Starting next week on Monday, I will run 3 miles 5 times a week, lift weight 3 times a week, 400 crunches every night, butt exercises and lounges before bed, and chest exercise to improve my posture.
