But I guess it’s all about timing. For me it wasn’t about how I stopped, it was about when. Finally I felt I was ready to quit, and then it was actually quite easy. I wasn’t in love with smoking anymore. I had tried many times before, but I think I didn’t make it because it wasn’t time yet. Now it would feel weird and unneccersary to go back.
