I’ve been reading Tarot for almost a decade now, and it’s pretty easy to learn how. Skip all the fancy stuff and find a good book on Tarot symbolism, because the symbols will be universal to any good deck. Make sure to find a really basic deck to work with. Learning the cards isn’t the hard part; the good part of a Tarot reading is interacting with the person asking the question (or learning how to read for yourself semi-objectively) and learning how the cards adapt to fit real-world situations and questions. Keep practicing until it comes naturally!
I keep reading good books, websites, etc. on Tarot to learn new ideas and keep old theories fresh in my mind. I own a wide variety of decks to fit any situation. Collecting Tarot is just as fun as reading it!
