How I did it: I became vegan, stopped drinking, exercised, and one month later I've dropped 15 pounds.I also take daily fiber, no sugar/white flour, and a daily "Fruit Fiber & Whey" shake (these are awesome). Read how I did it…
It may be difficult to see, hard to feel, but it’s there. Websites like these give people from anywhere in the world new means of communication.
My dream is to use a philosophy that underlies this generation. We are the revolution. If you just talk for a while, you’ll uncover the deeper layers, and we all feel it (well, some of us at least).
Most people will agree that people shouldn’t suffer, that humans have the potential for a peaceful existence. But what do we do? It’s the action part that gets people down, and sets us back into the same daily life patterns.
This is a revolution of consciousness, enlightenment. Heal yourself, and you heal the world. Drops of awakening fall from the heavens, upon the chosen who have chose themselves. The ripples create smooth waves of change, and before the powers at be cling to the fading illusions of power, the world is born again.
That how I’d like to see it happen anyways :P Realistically, it’s the people that control what we buy. The revolution starts at home, clean up your life, then the lives around you. Stop buying clothes made in chinese sweat shops, coffee picked by bruised hands at starbucks, that kind of thing.
If everyone did that, game set and match. It’s happening, have faith, pray, stay calm in the eye of the storm.
Due to an unruly sleep pattern, I haven’t meditated since my last post >_>
But anyways, I’m making huge changes in my life. Quite smoking, drinking, and getting back to my old meditational self :)
Good times, love n light
