Bellydancing, meditation, yoga, controlled breathing, lying in a dark room listening to music with a beverage of some kind.

These are my ideas. Biggest problem is I never allow myself time to relax.



give away the majority of my possessions

Because they just weigh me down. I want to focus on the most important things to me, and cut away the rest.



get eight hours of sleep a night

I’ve been an insomniac my entire life; not due to caffeine, although the last year or two I started having a coffee every morning just to make me have something to kick me awake.

I’ve been struggling with this my whole life and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever achieve this goal, but it’d be nice.
