I’m diabetic and I’m terrible at takign care of myself. I really would like to get my body under control before I start doing any more long term damage on top of the diabetes. Its weird how people tell me that I don’t look like I weigh 279 pounds. I don’t look slender but I look big. I think thats why I am so casual about my weight.
I need to get it together.
I’m worried.
