i’m going to count this as done because i’ve been averaging out at an hour a day of exercise. it’s easy for me to continue because i have ballet classes 3 hours a week and yoga classes at my gym 2-3 hours a week, so i only have to go to the gym for an hour or two a week. :)

i’ve been going to 6AM classes on tuesdays and thursdays- so i think i’m done with this! i’ll continue going to class, but i’m checking this as done.

breakfast- 1 c whole grain and marshmallow cereal w/ skim milk
lunch- cup of chili and 1/4 c salad w/ light dressing
dinner- small tillapia filet and 1/4 c applesauce
dessert- slice of orange cranberry bread and skim milk
