Miraculously, I found this to be very simple. I tried to exercise a few times a week, which basically meant I walked home, and to be honest, I didn’t always accomplish this.
The biggest factor, I think, was that I switched to eating organic food, and I highly recommend it to anyone. I found that it’s more filling, so you don’t eat as much. Plus, it doesn’t have extra chemicals that your body doesn’t need. I went from 175 in Feb/March to 135 now, and thats the only real lifestyle change I made.
I really don’t intend brag about this, and I’ve been extremely careful when people ask me about it. This post is only for encouraging others to try it for themselves!!!
