It’s been over a month now, and I’ve been fine. I haven’t even had any cravings or anything, which is awesome. I’m glad I did it.

I don’t like writing/drawing in half-filled books for some reason.. I always like to start with a new book.. I have one that’s half-filled though, so I’ll try to keep drawing in that.

It’s hard.. lately, to help stop being obsessive/compulsive over things, I’ve been doing this: every time I have an urge to OCD over something, I stop myself from doing it and I make myself wait for a minute or so.. then, if I still want to do it, I wait another minute while telling myself I’ve already checked (or whatever it may be). It’s kinda dumb, and it hasn’t worked every single time, but it’s worked a few times. Meh..
