it is flattening but it takes 15km running a week to do just that. I didn’t think it would be easy so I’ll keep going for the washboard :-)

Recent entries
This was so much fun. I know the weather was freezing but the atmosphere was roasting. Loads of people turned up to the One o’clock run in Edinburgh, some runners, some just there to jog along with the crowd, families, people on their own, groups in fancy dress. I’d highly recommend this as a good way to start the year and it makes the roast dinner and bottle of vino afterwards taste so much better. Oh and you get a free t-shirt to prove you did it!
