tsp of vanilla
1 and 1/4 stick butter
360 degrees
12 minutes

Well I finally got the perfect little bump on the back side! They still taste perfect and are even a little lighter in texture. Yeah for pillowy, shell-shaped lemon cookies!

I never would have guessed I would go from an art teacher to a science teacher. I’m quite excited though. Art and science art actually a lot alike. Here’s to my new location.
