I have been checking less with more sleep. I also stopped myself from having the second cup of coffee. That made me feel better, and I am more relaxed. Maybe tea has helped?

I realize my back hurts and my posture is suffering. I need to put a timer by my computer…maybe that will work. I tend to isolate myself when I’m on the computer too much.
I find that complaining is learned and becomes a part of you. My family does it, so I do it. My first instinct is to complain first thing at work. What does that do…causes others to not be able to stand you!
I’ve put a smiley face on my computer to remind me not to complain…didn’t work.
I like what my husband said to me once…”Stop being a complainy” It makes me laugh at myself and realize how ridiculous I can be!

I wrote down all of my debt and am getting a expandable folder for my receipts. I paid off 250 on my credit cards today. Every week I pay more. I reduced my cell bill and am focused on not eating out…hence my other goal.
