I have been putting off losing this weight for a while and I am sick of looking in the mirror and not liking what I see.

went to paris- bought pepe jeans. best investment, although quite pricey. 130 euro. i get so many compliments on them and feel amazing whenever i wear them. they are amazing. i highly recommend anyone treating themselves to a pair of designer jeans. you will feel great.



develop a daily morning routine

ever since surfing, i wake up by 7. I am going to get up earlier.

1. meditation/meds
2. 20/30 min run
3. abs/pushups
4. shower
5. breakfast
6. dress ready for anything

i think i am going to wake up at 5:30. Start the day early. Every day.
