So I decided last nigt to start eating some fruit and veggies after fasting for 3 days…I can feel a binge coming on unless I start with the safe foods right now!!!Gonna have a apple soon.But my biggest prob right now is Im going out in a little while and theres def gonna be some drinking.So I think I will have vodka and lime juice or something…
Its so sick…the average person eats waaay more than his/her body needs to survive and function in a normal way.Everywhere you look you see people pigging out on fried,fatty greasy food.No moderation or respect for their bodies and what absolute crap they put in it.Animals…any part of a cow you could possibly think of is dipped into oil and drowned in sauces before being stuffed down throats.Give it an hour or two and your likely to find the same person ordering his next piece of animal behind a mcdonalds counter.The worst part is,if you dont join them in their approach to food,theres “something wrong with you”
I would much rather have respect,not only for the animals,but for my body.Id much rather damage my body by being minimalistic than joining the masses in their food driven lifes.In other words,Im proudly pro ana.
So its going good with my fast…sovar I had water,water and some water.But right now Im sitting here considering the effects a cup of coffee,no milk and no sweetner,would have on my fast.Aarrghh Im such a caffein addict…
Its killing me right now I need my coffee but I dont want to…dont want to give in.So I guess I should just waterload and forget about it.
