Okay so I don’t actually think I’m fat or anything, but it would be nice to loose a few pounds. I’m 5’2 and weigh approximately 122 lb.
The problem is that most of the day I can’t leave the house, and it is nearly impossible to go outside in the current heat. I’ve tried some exercise routines but I always end up getting incredibly bored of them and I quit. To make up for my boredom, I end up eating. I try to control what I eat, so i try making a salad, but then I end up eating three large bowls of salad and I still feel hungry, even though I know I’m not.
What is a good way to motivate yourself and stop eating out of boredom?
I need some suggestions of what I can do to keep myself busy and away from food.
