Day One

I have quit going to meetings a while ago. The weight is slowly moving up and down. I need to get a grip and do something about this. I REALLY want to lose about 67 pounds. I’m not sure if I can really lse that much or not. I will do my best trying though!!

Today is my day!

Today is the day I officially makemy change. I am excited! Its not really much of a channge for me, but some things I eat at times contain meat, so it is. I am making my shopping list, and deciding what I want to eat today. I have TONS of recipes, so now I just have to figure what I want.
