Well, I haven’t been flipping out when I get mad and I’ve been thinking “wwjd?” a lot more. I feel better and I think I’m accomplishing this goal. I’ll never be perfect, but I have done a lot better. :)

Start doing things on your own and take small steps. Learn to cook, start cleaning your own stuff, pay for your things if you don’t, don’t ask for money, get a job, etc.
I’ve had most of these things, but when I was depressed, I felt that i was dependent on people. Not good, but now that I’m through that phase, I’m okay!
This is hard, but it does help. Count to ten, take deep breaths, think of a happy place, etc. Those help me to remain sane!
Just keep trying… it takes time.
Think of funny things… like this picture of me with a facial and pig tails. HAHA.
