The best thing you can do is realise your own values/beliefs/ideas and remember that these are more important than any material possession/physical achievement. If you could really switch places with someone, or have a different outcome in life, would you really want the mindset of that person? Especially if they’re someone you don’t like. This always works for me.

I used to be really healthy and didn’t eat anything processed, and went jogging everyday and did a resistance workout about 4 times a week, however I’ve slacked off now that I have a new job and the fact that it’s a Bakery doesnt help. I am working funny hours, not eating meals at regular times so I tend to graze a lot more, and I’m eating more baked goods – it’s hard when they’re sitting right there in front of you all day. My goal is to stop bringing anything home other than bread and Make sure I eat proper meals before/after work (dinner) by freezing left overs in single servings, instead of eating toasted sandwiches and frozen pizza all the time. Oh yeah and I have developed a terrible caffiene habit due to exhaustion/dehydration.
I’m really concerned that my bad habits will cause me to gain back the weight I recently lost (6 kg,14 pounds) however I am having a lot of motivating myself to continue my exercise habits and stop eating crap all the time.
