I would cut the crisco, it is full of tras fat. There is no level of trans fat consumption that can be healthy. It is good to have fiber but adding supplements can cause a dependence on them. Chocolate is good for you in moderation and use dark chocolate which has a lot of antioxidants. A little sugar will not kill you just remember not to eat the entire batch…which is what I like to do :)
I worry about what people think all of the time. I then make choices because of what people will think and say. It is time for this to stop! I recently got engaged and asked my fiancee if we had to tell anyone. I was so worried about what people would think (and say) about how young I was. Now…I have made a resolution not to care! I am going to do what makes me happy whether it fits a “normal” mold or not.
