and one next week. Basically stuck my CV on monster and just sat waiting for reccie consultants to chase me.

Fair enough it was mostly post-holiday flab but still counts. Plus have been abs training almost everyday. No particular plan. Just do about 5 sets of ‘stuff’ until rreally really burning.’stuff’ ranges from leg lifts, to double crunches or just situps… seems to work. I think i may have a beginning of the top abs.
Though it may just be a shadow or wishful thinking!!!
