I switched to TextDrive a few months ago after hearing endless praise for them. It’s true that they have tons of geek-friendly software installed, they give you a lot of freedom, and their prices are good. Unfortunately, in my experience, that’s where the upside ends. Support has been slow and rude, and downtime has been positively atrocious. In my initial enthusiasm I made the mistake of referring a few clients to them, and I’ve reaped nothing but embarassment. I want to love ‘em, I do, but I can’t honestly recommend them for anything where reliability matters.
