My dream has always been to open a Scottish Bakery. You know, like Scones and Oakcakes, trifles, puddings….maybe have a little book and gift shop, serve high tea….I still have to get through college to even think about it. But in the meantime, I have been trying to develop a name for myself both on the internet and in my community. I have people at church that have a standing order for my cherry chocolate scones every sunday.

I am not sure about liking it, but I do definatly need to work out more.

I have always loved to bake and I have always been obsessed with Scotland, being as I am a Scot by blood at least. But I want to make a little speciality bakery where I can make Scottish goods and have a section with Scottish books and gifts. Basically have a little shop where people can hang out, and relax, I can serve High and Low tea, people can learn more about the scottish culture….I don’t know. What do you guys think?
