Eating more healthy....

I am eating a lot better. I eat lots of fruits and veggies! I have to work on drinking more water. I have not been working out too much, mostly just walking more.

The DaVinci Code

So, I spent the whole of yesterday reading The DaVinci Code when I should have been writing a paper that is due tmrw!! But the good thing is that I did not watch any TV…right?!

One day down...

My eating and workout plan:

EATING- Stick to a 1300-1500 calorie diet a day.
– Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink loads of water.
– 3 Meals, 2 snacks
– Saturday will be my cheat day- meaning that I will stick to my 1300-1500 calorie a day plan, but eat stuff like ice cream, cake, chocolate. But the rest of the week I will be very good. This works out great b/c I do not eat any animal products on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday- I eat a lot of vegetables!!

Working out plan:
Monday- run (30min)/ walk
Tuesday- jump rope(30min)/ workout abs
Wed-run(30min)/ walk
Thurs- jump rope(30min)/ workout abs
Fri- ride bike/ walk
Sat- play tennis
Sun-ride bike/ walk
