Use Pershings Exam Review book, but clin sim on CD and written on CD are what really help. Also had Kettering material but a bit dry and thorough, if you want to know everything and have alot of time and great memory then use Kettering. If you want a quick and dirty way to pass, but still have a good solid understanding use Pershing.

Great book, would recommend reading. Starts off slow, but if you stick with it, it has a great payoff.
