balance, coordination, endurance, and confidence all fit in with this work out. every practice i am improving all of the above. but still i think i’ll have to go the gym for weights

this martial arts is intense! the best cardio work out ever. now i just have to drink loads more water, and eat very very healthy. i have to increase my endurance and learn how to better balance my body. a very healthy life choice :)

cliff dive off waterfalls or lakes around the world (read all 3 entries…)
Waterfall Jump

We went on a big hike and there was a waterfall with a pool. It took me about 10 minutes of hesitation till i finally jumped in. The fall was about 40 ft and the water was sooo cold. After I went and did it three more times. Up the creek further were more falls that went over smooth rocks that acted as slides. That was fun also.

But to everyone, I would not recommend doing this because it is very dangerous. So please be careful and always make sure you are with people. Be responsible.
