We use the word love many times, for many things. I love my partner, I love my children, I love that movie, I love god, etc.
But what does love really mean. I began to question this when I determined to love myself and realized I didn’t have a clue as to what that meant, what it entailed, how to take the first step. I began by trying to have the same reaction to myself as I do to my children. My love for them is rock solid. Believe me when I say that was only the tip of the iceberg.
