I’m told that Mr. Booker T. Washington said,
“Success is not so much in what you achieve, but in the obstacles you have overcome to achieve it.”
For each of you pursuing this goal, I salute you because you have probably already done something great. If your overcoming obstacles has kept you alive and allowed your presence to help someone else, then realize that saving another is the greatest achievable life event. My life would be toast if it weren’t for my big sister saving my hide over and over—a truly great event (smile). May my life become just as great.

I’ve done this, I think 3 times and I need to do it again. The first time was when I was in third or fourth grade. Wow, did that get a lot of attention from my teachers! I should have known that kind of interest in the Bible happening in a kid meant something (smile). The second and third time was in recent adult years. I can help someone accomplish this goal!

Keeping any kind of record of things you have asked God to do and how He did it is important. When hardships come in the future, and they WILL come, your reading the record will give you strength that you cannot imagine. It will be the reminder that keeps you anchored and enables you to endure until the end!.
