I think there is more to this goal that thinking positive, but that is the best name I could think of for it.

Attitude is such an important part of life, and it made a huge difference in my success these last few months.

This stretched out more than a week as I found it took me about 10 days to even feel like I was getting the hang of it, but guess what? I feel awesome!

And i got a ton of stuff done, including lots of stuff I thought I was going to put off forever, but decided to go for it now.

Feel great. Highly recommend it.

I realized that ‘eat healthier’ is a fairly nebulous goal and that in itself is not very measurable. So I’m thinking up a few ways to measure this.
