but not too severely, just enough to realize it’s time to get back on. working all night in a bar all weekend is stressing me and when sunday comes i go drinking. i really can’t afford going out to the pub and drinking in the house is not healthy either and usually just ends up being a warm up to going out. then after my bender is over i am tired and depressed for two days. well at least i was sober those two days. college starts in a week so if i have to stay sober so i can go in refreshed. wish me luck.

i know its only a week but i feel great. actually almost happy, which is a leap from where i was. hope i can keep it up for another week.
