I’m on board… I’ve been eating like crap—lots of take out and fast food, etc. Once this week I had 2 hard-boiled eggs and a piece of cheese for dinner, another night was microwave popcorn. That’s just not healthy.
So I’m starting with a goal of three square meals, plus healthy snacks in between. I also want to start bringing lunch to work, so I’m not tempted/forced to go looking for food.
I’m going to come up with a menu for the week, so that way I don’t have to think about it. Wish me luck!

The amount of sugar I consume is outrageous. If I don’t stop soon, I’m going to lose all my teeth, and fall into the same diabetic trap that keeps my grandmother from walking more than three steps without getting dizzy. But I know myself, and I just foundt his site, so I don’t want to start a ton of goals, fail and get frustrated and depressed.
So I’m starting slooowwwly – by improving my overall diet. 3 squares, plus healthy snacks. Once I stop resorting to fast food and take out, I’ll start truly refining (hah!) my sugar intake.

I have a drawer full of lacy underthings I never wear—time to start and time to throw away the worn out panties I’m tired of looking at. Now I’m excited to get dressed! Plus I think this will help motivate me to take better care of myself.
