One Year Anniversary

Weighed in at 208 lbs the first week of June when I met with my trainer for our one year goal reassessment meeting. Last week I bought new pants: 34-32 Men’s Lee Dungaree Carpenter jeans. A year ago, I was wearing the same style as 44-32. Many people comment how well I look. I wish I could see me through other’s eyes. I stand at the mirror seeing the remaining sludge and pudge.
