I have struggled with finding a healthy lifestyle that incorporates weight loss and I find it tough to do. So, I guess I can start to document my progress here. See, I hear alot about this mini-meal stuff…does it work? How about exercise in short bursts several times a day? I think each of us is unique, and we have to find something that works for us. So, if I am diligent about documenting my attempts and also monitor my weight I should find out what works for me.
Yesterday I walked in the morning and then again at 8:00pm. Did a bunch of smaller meals…heavy in protein. Now, today, I want to continue. However, more starchy of a breakfast.
I want to go to the gym this afternoon…early afternoon…even if it is just for 20 minutes.
Then, tonight, I would loveee to go to the other gym and participate in the boot camp gym class. But…fear is holding me back.
