It keeps me up and all I do is watch this stupid thing (I watch in on my computer). I am going to start by one hour a night, working toward falling asleep again without it. We’ll see what happens.

Although my goal is more run/walk, a 10k is big for me! I have my kick off for my team in training 10k this Saturday. Here goes!
My goal is to start doing yoga at home. I love my yoga class but can’t afford to go as often as I want. Would like to do yoga at home in addition to my once a week class – first will start by twice a week. Will try to work my way up from there!
