I didn’t read it cover to cover since lots of the pages are filled with recipies, but it’s a total lifestyle change and so far I am loving it! I am eating 3 course meals, having wine and chocolate and losing weight. It is all about portion size and “fooling yourself.” Also, it doesn’t force exercise down your throat – you do little things in the day that keep you moving – not a whole lot of effort. I’m already seeing the results in the way I look and how my clothes fit as well as on the scale. :)
Lots more water in fact. It seems to be helping with both the weight loss and complexion.
I don’t like the taste of water so I buy the bottles of flavored water sweetened with Splenda and mix that up with regular water because it’s too sweet for me to drink it straight, but it makes water taste good.
I’m drinking at least 8 glasses a day, usually more. Good for me. :)
