achieve complete inner peace
Meditation 11 months ago

Wow. I went to a meditation class, and it blew me away. Inner peace = comfort with the self = certainty that my life makes sense. A great way to achieve this, is to quiet all outside influences, and listen to what your body is doing. When you gain full awareness of what happens inside you and on you, then you can deal with anything. Inner peace.

I haven’t achieved it yet. Currently working on meditating a half an hour before bed and half an hour in the morning. (Advice from the 7 spiritual laws of success)

learn Korean (read all 2 entries…)
Again my interest is piqued 14 months ago

This time instead of just learning a series of phrases, I’m going to start a bit from the ground up. I’ve heard its a bad idea to read phonetic korean in english, so I’m going to stay away from that.

This site is good for learning letters.

mininova.org could be potentially good for finding some learn korean audio..

Gahhh!!

Okay, so I gave up. I could say I’m still working on it, but honestly, I’m not planning on learning anything more today, or tomorrow, so that means I’m pretty much done.

I think the only way I’m learning Korean is if I have a specific defined reason for learning it. An upcoming trip, a career that requires it.
