I’m not sure how to count this as historically I’ve always been a size bigger on top – now I’m a UK size 16 all over (whereas I was an 18 on top before). The weight loss is obviously disappearing off my boobs so I’m not sure if that is good or bad but at least its a start! Hopefully the focus will shift to my belly and my backside soon!! Lol XX

How I did it: I wrote down all of the things I was looking for in a house, as I do seriously believe a person moves in the direction of their thoughts. We found the house, narrowly avoided getting gazumped (we matched the offer and took on all the owners pets!) and moved in last week! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Assess the benefits and drawbacks of letting go of bad feeling. The benefits do outweigh the drawbacks.
