How I did it: For some time (years in fact) a couple of close friends and my husband have said that they thought I was being badly affected by my Mum's attitude and treatment of me which they had all observed first-hand. My husband had been encouraging me to seek professional counselling for some time in relation to this issue. This came to a head this year when my Mum and my sisters actually all turned on me in relation to a situation with m… Read how I did it…
How I did it: There was an awful situation in my family where my teenager was acting out and becoming quite violent - hitting out at both myself and my husband. I’m not sure how to count this as historically I’ve always been a size bigger on top – now I’m a UK size 16 all over (whereas I was an 18 on top before). The weight loss is obviously disappearing off my boobs so I’m not sure if that is good or bad but at least its a start! Hopefully the focus will shift to my belly and my backside soon!! Lol XX
