Is there any other way to get through the day? Probably, and I am going to find it!
Giving up fast food probably helped this goal out a lot to begin with anyway, so it shouldn’t be too hard for me. The only place I’ll change my soda-diet is at restaurants, and at the end of the work day. Other then that, I think I’m going to be doing fine!

“stop eating fast food”
So, I started this goal about a week ago, and didn’t really live up to it until this past weekend. Its a tough thing to do for me because I don’t have much free time to prepare food. Thus, I end up being here, at work, without any breakfast, aching for lunch, not wanting to go out to a restaurant, and not wanting to break my goal of fast food.
I can say that even though I am really hungry right now, putting this goal down on 43things.com is actually making me accountable to what I am doing, and eating.
So, today I will not go eat fast food just because I am hungry, I will overcome this urge, and not eat fast food. Not only because I am accountable to the public of 43things.com, but because I am the one that set this goal in the first place, and I will not back down from conquering fast food.
PS: this is the first thing I get to check off my list, so… more to come! I cant wait! =]
