This morning I got up, didn’t press snooze (which helps with my other goal)...jumped on my bike and went for a good 45 minutes. I feel healthier, yet sore….but still healthier!!
Hopefully I won’t let bicycle-butt keep me from achieving this goal!

This is the thing, I love waking up to classical music. I have found that waking up to the edge (Toronto) and other radio stations, puts me in a worse mood in the morning….I don’t know why, but it does. Anyways, I started waking up to classical and now have become so relaxed in bed listening to it, I sleep right through it. Huh….up goes the volume!

It seems that I do everything right. Drink more water, take up more exercising, blah blah blah. But the scale seems to stay or increase, stay and increase….what am I doing wrong?
