I started working out again last week. I’ve been doing this nifty exercise ball workout, and I did it twice last week. I’ll try to do it more this week. I have also been reading this exercise plan for beginning runners. It was created to ease people like me into running again…the very slow way. It is just hard for me to find time to encorporate running into my schedule. I refuse to get up any earlier than I already do; my days are long enough as it is. So, that leaves me time after class, but before work…but then I would have to have enough time to run, shower, and eat something. I just don’t have the time for all of those things. I could do it after work, but I seldom have a second to spare for anything other than homework. I think my best bet will be to begin the running program when summer shows itself again. I’ll have some free time then.

How I did it: I received an email from a Professor of mine in college, about a study abroad trip that another college hosts. I read all of the attached information and thought, "No way. It's not possible." The idea stuck with me though, until the one day that I mentioned the opportunity to my Grandma, in passing. She, of course, jumped on it. She pushed me to apply for summer financial aid, and to gather more information. She helped me raise extra mone… Read how I did it…
How I did it: To spend one month without a car, I lived in a city that didn't require one. I stayed in London for a month during a study abroad trip. London has a massive underground "Tube" system that easily provides transportation nearly anywhere you need to go. One of the best things about this city is that one can go anywhere with a short tube ride and a few minutes walk. It was amazing! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I think the best way to fall ridiculously and wrecklessly in love is to forget that you are single. When I met C. I did not intend to develop a relationship with him. I was working on falling in love with London at the time, and C. was just the best person to hang out with while I was there. Single people often try too hard to become "attached." It is so much better to go about your life doing things that you love, rather than allowing yo… Read how I did it…
