Wow! Great weekend – hosted friends for most of it and felt great about eating at home instead of out. Fun to cook, bbq, shop together – feel healthier and saved us all a lot of money. Having friends that are on a similar budget has been a huge help to stay on track. Must remember to keep the same mentality after the move – it’s going to be hard to be patient!

back to patience

i only have 10 weeks left in Japan, so noticed that i was living like i was doing everything for the last time. not good for the budget. a little streamlining and patience is helping – can’t do everything, but can savour doing a less. must save money for moving home and two months between paychecks!

I used to blow up this goal by trying too hard. Starting slowing and not making yoga and all or nothing experience has been really helpful for me.
When a yoga class doesn’t fit in my crazy schedule, I have found a Sean Corne video I really like and the yoga journal web site is fantastic.
